Position: TN ActiveCare Commercialization Associate

Location: Technology North Corporation #1109, 10080 Jasper Avenue Edmonton, Alberta Canada T5J 1V9

Hours:Full-time position for 1 year (with possibility of extension) starting July 15, 2015 9:00AM to 5:00PM M-F (some weekends and after hours will be necessary)

Salary Range:40-50K CAD with standard company benefits; dependent upon experience and qualifications

Description:Technology North is an Edmonton-based IT company that is developing a revolutionary SaaS application for use in health services delivery: TN ActiveCare (http://www.tnactivecare.com/). A Commercialization Associate is required to a work with a small, dynamic team and international clientele to collaborate on the development and commercialization of TN ActiveCare, now in its second release. The Associate will be required to have some previous experience with the delivery of autism interventions (e.g., ABA) and will work with lead Quality Assurance Tester and Business Analyst to provide user expertise and feedback on the development of the system and new features. The Associate will also work in collaboration with the team and TN's CEO and COO on customer engagement and implementation activities such as speaking with and meeting current and future customers, working with the implementation team on custom configurations of TNAC for each organization's unique needs, and continuously improving and updating training materials. The Associate will also be required to review and provide feedback on grant materials on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in psychology, education, business, computer sciences, or related field(s)
  • At least 2 years of experience in ABA (applied behavior analysis) service delivery
  • Working knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other special needs, and some knowledge of interventions or service delivery
  • Excellent communication skills including speaking, reading and writing English fluently
  • Project management and staff coordination
  • Self-motivated, self-paced learner
  • Technology-savvy including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices
  • Able to travel
  • Customer management experience
  • Sales, marketing, and customer service experience would be an asset
  • Must be able to legally work in Canada
